Responsibility
- AI Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute a long-term AI vision aligned with business goals, ensuring scalability and ROI.
- Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end AI/ML systems, including data ingestion, model training, and deployment pipelines.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor engineering teams on best practices for AI implementation, from prototyping to production.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with C-level executives, data scientists, and IT teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Performance Optimization: Enhance existing AI models for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency using advanced techniques (e.g., LLMs, reinforcement learning).
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure AI solutions adhere to industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOX) and ethical guidelines.
- Innovation Research: Stay ahead of trends in AI (e.g., generative AI, computer vision) and evaluate their applicability to financial services.
- Documentation & Training: Create technical documentation and conduct workshops to upskill internal teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Engineering, or related field. PhD is a plus.
- Experience: 7+ years in AI/ML architecture, with 3+ years leading enterprise-scale projects in finance, accounting, or advisory sectors.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, LLMs, NLP, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps tools (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial data systems, risk modeling, or audit automation.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Preferred: AWS Certified Machine Learning, Google Professional ML Engineer, or similar.
- Language: Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Availability: Willingness to work night shifts (US time zones) with a 20% differential.
