Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of network and systems engineers, fostering technical excellence and collaboration.
- Design, implement, and optimize enterprise network architectures (LAN/WAN, VPN, SD-WAN) and cybersecurity frameworks (firewalls, IDS/IPS, zero-trust models).
- Spearhead presales activities, including client consultations, solution demonstrations, and RFP/RFI responses.
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from scoping and planning to deployment and post-implementation support.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams, SOPs, and compliance reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT infrastructure with business goals and industry best practices.
- Monitor emerging technologies (e.g., cloud networking, AI-driven security) and recommend innovations to enhance service offerings.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all systems through proactive monitoring and incident resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, CEH) are a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in network engineering, systems administration, or cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in Cisco, Juniper, or Fortinet networking solutions and enterprise-grade security tools.
- Strong background in presales, tender proposals, and client-facing technical presentations.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure management.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL, ISO 27001, or NIST frameworks is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
