Responsibility
- Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of company information systems and databases.
- Generate and analyze reports to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure smooth system integration.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on MIS tools and software.
- Assist in data migration, backup, and recovery processes.
- Document system procedures and user guides for internal reference.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in MIS.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in MIS, database management, or IT support roles.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to relocate or work in Canggu, Bali.
