Responsibility
- Lead and oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring seamless workflow and compliance with company policies.
- Mentor and train junior administrative staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and excellence.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Manage office resources, including budgets, supplies, and vendor relationships, to optimize cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare and present reports on administrative performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
