Responsibility
- Lead the preparation and submission of tender documents for building projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to develop cost-effective and innovative construction solutions.
- Oversee project execution, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control, to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all construction activities adhere to local regulations, safety standards, and environmental best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
- Prepare progress reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field (Masterâs degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in building construction, with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in tender preparation, cost estimation, and contract management.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations, standards, and permitting processes.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Willingness to travel and work on-site across Bali as required.
