Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians in the maintenance, repair, and installation of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety standards, including OSHA and ISO regulations.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of M&E systems to identify potential issues and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs, upgrades, or installations.
- Monitor energy consumption and recommend efficiency improvements to reduce operational costs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment performance.
- Provide technical training and mentorship to junior technicians to enhance team capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, and building management systems.
- Familiarity with Indonesian safety regulations and international engineering standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software (e.g., CMMS).
- Willingness to travel across Bali as needed.
