Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor the 52-Week Engineering Calendar to ensure timely completion of all maintenance, repairs, and upgrades across assigned properties.
- Conduct regular inspections of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural) to identify and address potential issues proactively.
- Oversee vendor and contractor performance, ensuring compliance with quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
- Optimize energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.
- Coordinate with property managers, tenants, and stakeholders to address technical concerns and implement solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance logs, work orders, and compliance reports for audits and regulatory requirements.
- Lead emergency response protocols for critical system failures, natural disasters, or safety incidents.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, new technologies, and local building regulations to enhance property value and tenant satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., PMP, LEED) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building engineering, property maintenance, or facilities management, preferably in luxury real estate or hospitality.
- Proven expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems with hands-on troubleshooting skills.
- Strong project management abilities, including budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
- Proficiency in CAD software, BMS (Building Management Systems), and maintenance management tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes, safety regulations, and international standards (e.g., ISO, ASHRAE).
- Ability to work flexibly, including on-call duties for emergencies, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
