Responsibility
- Design, program, and commission Building Management Systems (BMS) using industry-leading platforms (e.g., Metasys, Niagara).
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for automation systems, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to develop custom automation solutions tailored to project requirements.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and performance optimization to ensure seamless operation.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, sequence of operations, and user manuals.
- Train end-users and facility teams on system operation, maintenance, and best practices.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in smart building technologies, IoT, and energy efficiency standards.
- Ensure compliance with local and international codes (e.g., ASHRAE, ISO) and Johnson Controlsâ quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science (or related field).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building automation, controls programming, or HVAC systems.
- Proficiency in BMS software (e.g., Metasys, Niagara, Tridium, Siemens Desigo).
- Strong knowledge of communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, OPC).
- Experience with PLC programming, HMI development, and SCADA systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali and potentially Southeast Asia.
