Responsibility
- Lead and manage all branch operations for the elevator division, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize profitability.
- Oversee team performance, including hiring, training, and mentoring staff to maintain high productivity and morale.
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery, resolving escalations, and building long-term client relationships.
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, analyzing data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, technical, finance) to align branch operations with broader business objectives.
- Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards in all elevator maintenance, installation, and repair activities.
- Spearhead process optimization initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery speed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in branch operations management, preferably in the elevator, construction, or facility management industry.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L management, and cost optimization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage clients, vendors, and internal teams effectively.
- Familiarity with elevator industry regulations, safety standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA), and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems) and operational software.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a significant advantage.
