Responsibility
- Lead and manage warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and storage solutions.
- Oversee delivery and logistics functions, coordinating with cross-border teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards across all operational activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize resource utilization and reduce operational costs.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior operational role, preferably in logistics or warehouse management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software.
- Familiarity with cross-border logistics and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
