Responsibility
- PMO Development: Build and lead a centralized Project Management Office (PMO) to standardize processes, tools, and best practices across the organization.
- Operational Scaling: Design and implement scalable operational frameworks to support rapid business growth and efficiency.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, analyze workflows, and introduce data-driven improvements to enhance productivity.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with department heads to align operations with business goals and ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and track KPIs to measure operational success, reporting insights to senior leadership.
- Team Mentorship: Coach and develop operations teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Tool & Technology Adoption: Evaluate and deploy cutting-edge tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, ERP systems) to automate and enhance operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in operations management, PMO leadership, or a related field, with a proven track record of scaling processes.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop long-term operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Leadership Skills: Strong people management experience, including team mentorship and cross-functional collaboration.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in data analysis, KPI tracking, and process mapping to drive informed decision-making.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Monday.com) and ERP/CRM systems.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly to stakeholders.
- Remote Work Excellence: Self-motivated with the discipline to thrive in a fully remote, asynchronous work environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with call center, customer service, or BPO operations is a plus.
