Responsibility
- Lead and oversee daily operations for digital payment solutions in FMCG, Retail, and SME segments, ensuring smooth and efficient transaction processing.
- Develop, implement, and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational workflows and reduce inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Sales, and Compliance) to align operational strategies with business growth objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess operational health, identifying areas for improvement and scalability.
- Drive process optimization initiatives, leveraging automation and digital tools to streamline payment systems and reduce manual intervention.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for digital payments, mitigating risks and maintaining security.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, partners, and internal stakeholders to foster trust and long-term collaboration.
- Lead training and onboarding programs for teams and clients to ensure seamless adoption of digital payment solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in fintech, digital payments, or financial services.
- Proven track record in process optimization, SOP development, and cross-functional project management.
- Strong understanding of FMCG, Retail, and SME ecosystems, with experience in B2B or B2C payment solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience managing teams and stakeholder relationships.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks for digital payments in Indonesia (e.g., BI, OJK) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian; ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
