As a Senior Barista, you will play a crucial role in crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and leading by example in our bustling café.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned barista to showcase their skills in a vibrant and fast-paced environment. You will work in some of Bali's most popular locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, serving both locals and international visitors.

Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Train and mentor junior baristas, fostering a collaborative and skilled team.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
- Handle cash transactions and manage the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Contribute to menu development and suggest new coffee blends or beverages.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barista, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- In-depth knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to train and motivate team members.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in food service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
