Responsibility
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and service areas to ensure a pleasant guest experience.
- Assist guests with seating, menu inquiries, and general requests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Monitor and restock supplies, such as napkins, utensils, and condiments, to maintain operational efficiency.
- Follow health and safety protocols to uphold hygiene standards in all service areas.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for events or daily operations.
- Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth service flow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in hospitality is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
