Responsibility
- Assist in daily food and beverage service operations across restaurants, bars, and room service
- Learn and implement proper table setting, service etiquette, and guest interaction protocols
- Support inventory management and stock rotation for beverage and food supplies
- Participate in menu planning and cost control exercises under supervisor guidance
- Assist with event setup and service for banquets and special functions
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all service areas
- Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
- Complete training modules on POS systems and reservation management
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of hospitality management or related program
- Basic understanding of food and beverage operations
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and personal presentation
- Basic computer literacy for hospitality software
