This is a full-time position with a salary range of $1,800 â $2,100 USD per month, depending on experience. Responsibility
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces in resorts and villas, adhering to Homeworzâs high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs, such as minor repairs, replacements, or touch-ups, and report issues to the management team.
- Assist with deep cleaning tasks, including carpet cleaning, upholstery care, and window washing, to maintain the aesthetic appeal of properties.
- Stock and replenish supplies, such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products, ensuring all areas are fully equipped for guest arrivals.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address urgent cleaning or repair requests, ensuring minimal disruption to guests.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, such as vacuums, steam cleaners, and pressure washers, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Provide exceptional service by responding to guest inquiries or requests with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or maintenance, preferably in the hospitality or property management industry.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks, such as minor repairs, painting, or plumbing, is a plus.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that require standing, bending, lifting (up to 20 kg), and moving equipment for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as needed.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, or Russian) are a strong advantage.
