Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend personalized drink options.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies to ensure seamless service.
- Collaborate with the F&B team to create seasonal drink menus and promotional offerings.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on the latest mixology trends, techniques, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume or luxury establishment (resort, hotel, or upscale bar preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wines, and beer varieties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse guests.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
