Responsibility

  • Lead and supervise a team of service staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Personally handle VIP guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Oversee daily operations, including reservations, seating arrangements, and service flow.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and professionalism in all areas.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement service strategies.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and discreetly, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor staff to uphold the club’s luxury service standards.
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within high-end F&B or hospitality.
  • Proven track record in managing VIP guest experiences in premium establishments.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
  • Deep understanding of luxury service standards and etiquette.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
