Responsibility

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor during the afternoon shift.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest records.
  • Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries, providing timely and courteous responses.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs promptly.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain cashiering duties with precision.
  • Assist guests with local recommendations, transportation arrangements, and activity bookings.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
  • Resolve guest complaints or issues with empathy and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role (hospitality industry preferred).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented attitude.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, PMS software).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well-groomed, presentable, and able to maintain a professional appearance.
  • Flexibility to work afternoon shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is advantageous.
