Responsibility
- Oversee daily bar operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
- Develop and update seasonal cocktail menus, ensuring alignment with current trends and guest preferences.
- Train, mentor, and supervise bar staff to maintain high standards of service, presentation, and efficiency.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage vendor relationships to ensure optimal inventory and cost control.
- Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations, upsell premium beverages, and handle special requests.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and F&B team to create cohesive dining experiences and promotional events.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Bartender, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in mixology, including classic and contemporary cocktail techniques.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages, with the ability to educate staff and guests.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, RSA) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Bahasa) are advantageous.
