Responsibility
- Oversee and execute daily operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the club.
- Provide exceptional service to members and guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
- Maintain a pristine and inviting environment, adhering to the club’s high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and events.
- Handle member inquiries, reservations, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist in the planning and execution of exclusive events and activities for members.
- Monitor inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Uphold and promote the club’s values, policies, and procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
