Responsibility

  • Welcome and assist VIP guests with warmth, professionalism, and discretion, ensuring a flawless arrival and departure experience.
  • Anticipate and fulfill guest needs proactively, from personalized recommendations to arranging exclusive services (e.g., private tours, dining reservations).
  • Maintain impeccable knowledge of local attractions, cultural events, and luxury amenities to provide tailored suggestions.
  • Coordinate with concierge, housekeeping, and management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests with diplomacy and efficiency.
  • Uphold the highest standards of grooming, etiquette, and confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Document guest preferences and feedback to enhance future stays and build loyalty.
  • Participate in training and team meetings to stay updated on service protocols and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, high-end resorts, or VIP guest services.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Impeccable presentation, poise, and a natural ability to engage with diverse, high-profile guests.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s geography, culture, and luxury offerings is highly advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by guest demand.
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related fields preferred.
