Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems for high-volume financial transactions.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of microservices, APIs, and distributed systems using modern tech stacks (e.g., Go, Java, Python, Node.js).
- Optimize database performance, query efficiency, and data integrity for real-time financial processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, DevOps, QA) to deliver seamless, secure, and compliant FinTech solutions.
- Implement robust security protocols (e.g., encryption, OAuth, PCI-DSS) to protect sensitive financial data.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to uphold best practices in software development.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure 99.9% uptime for critical financial services.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in blockchain, cloud computing (AWS/GCP), and FinTech regulations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of backend development experience, with a focus on FinTech, banking, or payment systems.
- Proficiency in backend languages (Go, Java, Python, or Node.js) and frameworks (Spring, Django, Express).
- Deep expertise in database design (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and caching systems (Redis, Memcached).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of system design principles, including load balancing, sharding, and fault tolerance.
- Familiarity with financial compliance standards (PCI-DSS, GDPR, PSD2) and security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex, distributed systems.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
