Responsibility
- Lead and manage the remedial process for underperforming branches, ensuring timely resolution of financial issues.
- Develop and implement strategic recovery plans to improve branch performance and financial health.
- Collaborate with branch managers and senior leadership to identify risks and propose mitigating actions.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to assess branch performance and recommend corrective measures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to financial management.
- Provide training and guidance to branch staff on remedial processes and best practices.
- Prepare and present reports on remedial activities, outcomes, and recommendations to senior management.
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the branch network.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, remedial processes, or a similar role within the banking or financial services sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing financial recovery and remedial projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements in the financial industry.
