Responsibility
- Develop and implement credit risk management strategies to minimize losses and optimize portfolio performance.
- Monitor and analyze credit risk trends, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements related to consumer lending.
- Collaborate with underwriting, collections, and product teams to enhance risk assessment frameworks.
- Prepare detailed reports on credit risk exposure, portfolio health, and mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular reviews of credit policies and procedures to align with business objectives.
- Lead initiatives to improve risk assessment tools and methodologies.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on credit risk best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in credit risk management, preferably in consumer lending.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing credit risk in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Certification in risk management (e.g., FRM, PRM) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
