Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain high-concurrency backend systems using Golang for payments and ledger processing.
- Optimize PostgreSQL databases for performance, scalability, and data integrity in large-volume environments.
- Implement and manage Redis caching strategies to enhance system responsiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate backend services with frontend applications and third-party APIs.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with a focus on security and maintainability.
- Monitor system health, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve performance issues.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions for long-term scalability.
- Stay updated with emerging backend technologies and best practices to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of backend development experience, with at least 3 years specializing in Golang.
- Expert-level proficiency in PostgreSQL, including query optimization, indexing, and transaction management.
- Hands-on experience with high-concurrency systems or large-scale data processing.
- Strong knowledge of Redis for caching, session management, and real-time data processing.
- Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and gRPC.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, concurrency patterns, and fault-tolerant design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex system issues.
