Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services for AML engine orchestration, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Optimize distributed systems to handle large-scale data processing and real-time transaction monitoring.
- Collaborate with ML engineers and data scientists to integrate advanced algorithms into production systems.
- Implement robust security measures and compliance protocols to safeguard against financial fraud and money laundering.
- Lead performance tuning and system optimization to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Develop and maintain APIs and microservices for seamless integration with internal and external systems.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement automated alerting and recovery mechanisms.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in backend development and system architecture.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of backend development experience, with a focus on distributed systems and high-performance computing.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go and experience with backend frameworks (e.g., Django, Spring Boot, Gin).
- Strong understanding of database systems (SQL/NoSQL) and data modeling for large-scale applications.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with real-time data processing tools (Kafka, Flink, Spark) and streaming architectures.
- Knowledge of AML/Compliance systems and financial risk detection is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
