Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems for AI-powered enterprise products
- Own and enhance backend capabilities, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production systems
- Optimize database schemas and queries for maximum efficiency and scalability
- Implement robust API endpoints and microservices architecture
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and best practices

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional backend development experience
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with experience in AI/ML frameworks
