Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on IT infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment, and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues to minimize downtime.
- Monitor and maintain HVAC, power systems, and backup generators to ensure optimal facility conditions.
- Install, configure, and upgrade IT equipment and cabling as needed.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement system upgrades and security patches.
- Document all maintenance activities, incidents, and resolutions in detailed logs.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards for facility operations.
- Provide technical support to staff and assist in training on new systems or procedures.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Facility Technician, IT Support Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of networking, server maintenance, and facility systems (HVAC, UPS, etc.).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware/software issues and using diagnostic tools.
- Familiarity with ITIL, ISO standards, or facility management best practices is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a proactive approach to maintenance.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali (relocation support may be provided).
