Responsibility
- Provide timely and effective technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems reported by end-users.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement system upgrades and security patches.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and procedures for future reference.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers and network devices.
- Conduct regular system checks to ensure optimal performance and security.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, desktop engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, hardware troubleshooting, and network configurations.
- Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), or similar are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to adapt to new technologies and industry best practices.
