Responsibility
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap aligned with Frasers Property’s business objectives.
- Project Oversight: Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple PropTech and digital initiatives, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality implementation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior management, IT teams, and external vendors to align digital solutions with business needs.
- Innovation & R&D: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, blockchain, smart building systems) to drive competitive advantage.
- Change Management: Champion digital adoption across the organization through training, communication, and process optimization.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs to measure the success of digital initiatives, ensuring ROI and business value.
- Budget & Resource Management: Oversee allocation of resources, including vendor contracts, software licenses, and team budgets.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all digital solutions adhere to data privacy regulations and cybersecurity best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields; MBA or advanced degree in Digital Transformation is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years in digital strategy, PropTech, or real estate innovation, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of digital platforms, IoT, AI/ML, data analytics, and smart building technologies.
- Project Management: Proven track record in managing large-scale digital projects using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Business Acumen: Strong ability to develop business cases, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and justify technology investments.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to mentor teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate, property development, or facilities management is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills in a multicultural environment.
