Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using modern frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django, Spring Boot).
- Optimize database performance, queries, and schema design for high-traffic applications.
- Implement and enforce API best practices (RESTful, GraphQL) with a focus on security and efficiency.
- Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams to ensure seamless system integration and deployment.
- Lead code reviews, debugging, and performance testing to uphold code quality standards.
- Architect cloud-based solutions (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with cost-effective and scalable infrastructure.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, ensuring 99.9% uptime and rapid incident response.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of backend development experience with proficiency in languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with database systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) and ORM tools.
- Strong understanding of microservices, caching, and distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
- Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code with unit/integration testing frameworks.
