Based in Bali’s thriving business hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll leverage your expertise in wholesale sales to identify and capitalize on new opportunities with existing and potential clients. Your strategic approach will shape our regional expansion, ensuring sustainable partnerships and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibility

  • Client Acquisition & Retention: Develop and execute strategies to onboard new B2B clients while nurturing relationships with existing wholesale partners.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new market segments in Bali, aligning sales efforts with company growth objectives.
  • Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain deep expertise in Y&G Corporation’s product portfolio to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead pricing discussions, terms, and contract finalization to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights to refine strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Industry Networking: Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 5+ years in B2B/wholesale sales, preferably in Southeast Asia or Indonesia.
  • Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding sales quotas in a target-driven environment.
  • Negotiation Skills: Exceptional ability to negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with high-value clients.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with wholesale distribution, supply chain dynamics, or related sectors.
  • Communication: Fluent English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • CRM Tools: Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms for pipeline management.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote or hybrid setting.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
