Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities in the IT solutions and industrial products sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives and procurement managers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive offerings, and potential clients in Bali and beyond.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding, implementation, and post-sales support.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market feedback, and client satisfaction to refine strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities in Bali and Indonesia.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT solutions, industrial products, or related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape and local market dynamics is a plus.
