Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets in the luxury travel sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Design and present customized travel packages, including accommodations, transportation, and exclusive experiences.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotions and campaigns for Baliās top destinations.
- Negotiate contracts with hotels, resorts, and service providers to secure the best rates and exclusive deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction from inquiry to post-travel follow-up.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze data to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Baliās tourism market and luxury travel trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
