Responsibility
- Design, program, and commission PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems for industrial and commercial automation projects.
- Develop and integrate Building Management Systems (BMS) to enhance energy efficiency and operational control.
- Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and software teams to ensure seamless system integration.
- Conduct site surveys, risk assessments, and feasibility studies for automation projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in automation systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Prepare technical documentation, including schematics, user manuals, and system specifications.
- Train end-users and maintenance teams on system operation and best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging automation technologies and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automation engineering, with expertise in PLC (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider), SCADA (Ignition, WinCC, Citect), and HMI development.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing BMS (Building Management Systems) for commercial or industrial facilities.
- Proficiency in IEC 61131-3 programming languages (Ladder Logic, Structured Text, Function Block Diagram).
- Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, OPC UA, BACnet).
- Experience with project management and the ability to lead automation projects from concept to completion.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
