Responsibility
- Lead the analysis, design, and optimization of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and implement process control systems, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement through data-driven root cause analysis and lean manufacturing principles.
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and R&D teams to introduce new technologies, materials, or methodologies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cycle time, yield, and defect rates, and propose actionable solutions for improvement.
- Conduct time-motion studies, capacity planning, and workflow simulations to enhance resource utilization.
- Ensure all processes adhere to industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental sustainability goals.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff on process improvements and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, or electronics industries.
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or TQM methodologies with a track record of successful process optimization projects.
- Strong proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB) and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel, Power BI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other quality management systems.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to drive cross-functional collaboration and change management.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (relocation assistance may be provided).
