Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on electrical systems and plastic machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement improvements to electrical systems and machinery.
- Install, test, and commission new electrical equipment and systems in accordance with industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all electrical work.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff on the operation and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and plastic manufacturing technology.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Engineering Technician, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, circuits, and machinery, with specific knowledge of plastic manufacturing equipment being a plus.
- Proficiency in using electrical testing and diagnostic tools.
