Responsibility
- Monitor and supervise all warehouse operations to ensure compliance with inventory management standards and minimize stock damage, loss, or expiration.
- Conduct regular stock audits, reconciliations, and adjustments to maintain accurate inventory records and optimize stock levels.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency, reduce operational costs, and streamline workflows.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to forecast demand, manage stock replenishment, and prevent overstock or stockouts.
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff, providing training and guidance to ensure adherence to best practices in inventory handling and storage.
- Utilize inventory management systems (e.g., WMS) to track stock movements, generate reports, and analyze data for decision-making.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory counts, working closely with stakeholders to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards in warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or a similar role, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or logistics.
- Proven track record of implementing inventory optimization strategies and reducing stock discrepancies.
- Strong proficiency in inventory management software (WMS, ERP) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
- Leadership abilities with experience in team management, training, and process improvement.
- Familiarity with lean warehouse principles, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a strong advantage.
