Responsibility
- Lead the evaluation and assessment of learning and development programs to measure their effectiveness and ROI.
- Design and implement data-driven learning strategies tailored to the Assurance business line.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop high-impact training materials and digital learning solutions.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted L&D interventions.
- Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and analytics tools to track participation, engagement, and knowledge retention.
- Provide consultative support to leadership on L&D best practices and emerging trends in professional education.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for Assurance teams, ensuring alignment with global PwC standards.
- Monitor and report on KPIs related to learning outcomes, presenting insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on assessment, consulting, or training design.
- Proven track record in evaluating learning programs and measuring their business impact.
- Strong understanding of Assurance or professional services industry dynamics (preferred).
- Proficiency in LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Moodle) and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Certifications in L&D (e.g., ATD, CIPD) or project management (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a client-centric mindset.
