As part of our Learning & Development (L&D) Consulting division, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and assess cutting-edge training solutions. Responsibility

  • Lead the evaluation and assessment of learning and development programs to measure their effectiveness and ROI.
  • Design and implement data-driven learning strategies tailored to the Assurance business line.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop high-impact training materials and digital learning solutions.
  • Conduct needs analysis to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted L&D interventions.
  • Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and analytics tools to track participation, engagement, and knowledge retention.
  • Provide consultative support to leadership on L&D best practices and emerging trends in professional education.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for Assurance teams, ensuring alignment with global PwC standards.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs related to learning outcomes, presenting insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on assessment, consulting, or training design.
  • Proven track record in evaluating learning programs and measuring their business impact.
  • Strong understanding of Assurance or professional services industry dynamics (preferred).
  • Proficiency in LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Moodle) and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
  • Certifications in L&D (e.g., ATD, CIPD) or project management (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a client-centric mindset.
