Responsibility
- Oversee and process medical claims for pediatric patients, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions to insurance providers.
- Coordinate onboarding procedures for new staff, vendors, and partners, including documentation, training, and system access setup.
- Manage IT-related administrative tasks, such as software licensing, user support, and troubleshooting for pediatric department systems.
- Develop and maintain a document tracking system to ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (finance, HR, clinical staff) to resolve administrative bottlenecks and improve interdepartmental communication.
- Prepare reports and analytics on administrative performance, identifying areas for process optimization.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy and confidentiality protocols in all pediatric patient records and communications.
- Assist in budget monitoring for administrative expenses and resource allocation within the department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in healthcare, pediatrics, or hospital settings.
- Proven expertise in claims processing, onboarding, and IT coordination within a medical or corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, and document management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting.
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, local regulations) is advantageous.
