Responsibility
- Provide critical clinical governance support to ensure adherence to medical standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with medical, nursing, and administrative teams to streamline clinical workflows and improve patient care outcomes.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of clinical protocols, guidelines, and SOPs in alignment with hospital policies.
- Conduct audits and compliance reviews to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions for continuous quality improvement.
- Support the coordination of medical education programs, training sessions, and workshops for healthcare professionals.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, to ensure the hospital meets all accreditation and licensing standards.
- Prepare and present reports and data analysis on clinical performance metrics to senior management.
- Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and patient safety.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Medicine, Nursing, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MPH, MBA) are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical governance, medical affairs, or healthcare administration, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards (e.g., JCI), and clinical best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiar with healthcare management software.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders, including medical professionals and regulators.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
