Responsibility
- Lead financial due diligence for M&A, private equity, and corporate transactions, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Develop economic and policy models to support client decision-making in regulatory and market environments.
- Conduct sector-specific research and competitive analysis to inform deal strategies and valuation assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare pitch books, memoranda, and client presentations with actionable insights.
- Advise clients on structural reforms, fiscal policies, and economic impact assessments for public and private sector projects.
- Monitor global and regional economic trends to anticipate market shifts and their implications for deals.
- Mentor junior associates and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the Deals practice.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations in all advisory engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field; CFA, CPA, or FRM certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in deals advisory, economic consulting, or financial services, preferably with a Big 4 firm.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, valuation (DCF, LBO, multiples), and transaction structuring.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, or Python for data analysis.
- Experience advising clients on policy frameworks, regulatory changes, or market entry strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a high degree of autonomy.
