Responsibility
- Promote and sell loan products to potential clients in Agoo and surrounding areas.
- Conduct client assessments to determine eligibility for loan applications.
- Process loan applications efficiently while ensuring compliance with bank policies.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while adhering to ethical banking practices.
- Collaborate with branch teams to streamline loan processing and approvals.
- Conduct field visits to verify client information and assess loan viability.
- Stay updated on banking regulations and product offerings to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, banking, or financial services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with banking software.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage (for field visits).
