Responsibility
- Develop and maintain advanced data models and analytical tools to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven solutions for complex business challenges.
- Design and implement data visualization dashboards to communicate insights effectively.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes.
- Automate data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on data insights to senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong portfolio of analytical projects.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with financial services or related industries is a plus.
