Responsibility

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights for marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs and campaign performance.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to define data requirements and metrics.
  • Automate data processes and workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, actionable format.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and marketing technology.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst, preferably in marketing, e-commerce, or digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), or R for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, CRM systems, or marketing automation platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
