Responsibility
- Analytics Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics roadmap aligned with business objectives to drive product innovation and operational efficiency.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Lead the analysis of complex datasets to provide actionable insights for product development, marketing, and sales strategies.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize product performance using KPIs, A/B testing, and predictive modeling to enhance customer experience and revenue growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and R&D teams to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
- Tool & Process Improvement: Identify and implement advanced analytics tools, methodologies, and automation to streamline data workflows.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Create and present clear, compelling data visualizations and reports for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of data-driven excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), or R, and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Analytics Platforms: Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms, and familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of F&B or CPG industry dynamics, with the ability to translate data into business impact.
- Communication: Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a proven ability to solve ambiguous business problems using data.
- Language: Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Japanese) are advantageous.
