Responsibility
- Collect, analyze, and interpret retail market data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key retail performance metrics.
- Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark against industry leaders and emerging players.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Monitor consumer behavior and preferences to inform pricing, promotions, and inventory decisions.
- Utilize statistical models and predictive analytics to forecast retail demand and sales trends.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management through clear, data-driven reports.
- Stay updated on retail industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in market intelligence, data analysis, or retail analytics.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or Python/R.
- Strong understanding of retail metrics, KPIs, and market research methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience with CRM systems, retail management software, or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is an advantage.
