Responsibility
- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and translate them into actionable HR plans.
- Identify people-related issues and opportunities, and implement effective solutions in areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.
- Lead and execute HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace culture.
- Provide expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company values and local labor laws.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with the broader HR team to drive company-wide HR projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders to drive HR strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience in a fast-paced, multinational environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
