Responsibility

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and translate them into actionable HR plans.
  • Identify people-related issues and opportunities, and implement effective solutions in areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.
  • Lead and execute HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace culture.
  • Provide expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company values and local labor laws.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the broader HR team to drive company-wide HR projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders to drive HR strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, multinational environment is a plus.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
