Responsibility
- Lead and execute end-to-end service transformation projects to improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze complex healthcare datasets to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies that enhance service delivery and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align transformation initiatives with organizational goals.
- Design and maintain dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations to senior management regarding transformation progress.
- Facilitate change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business transformation, data strategy, or operational excellence roles.
- Proven experience in the healthcare sector is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and Excel.
- Experience with process mapping and methodology frameworks (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Agile).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
